Welcome to Buchcafè, a delightful haven for coffee and book lovers nestled on Fischergasse 33 in the charming town of Lindau, Germany. This café is not just a place to grab a cup of coffee; it’s a peaceful refuge where you can indulge in culinary delights while surrounding yourself with the comforting embrace of literature.

Buchcafè exudes a cozy atmosphere with its beautifully decorated interior, which invites you to unwind and enjoy the moment. The friendly staff is eager to serve you, adding to the welcoming vibe of this unique café. Whether you're settling in with a good book or chatting with friends, the pleasant ambiance sets the perfect backdrop for your day.

The menu is a delightful mixture of flavors and creativity, perfectly catering to those with a sweet tooth or a penchant for savory dishes. Customers rave about the delicious cakes and satisfyingly rich coffees that complement the literary atmosphere. Each drink is a work of art, crafted meticulously to provide a sensory experience that goes beyond just taste. Don't miss out on trying their eis café, a refreshing treat that adds a delightful twist to the classic coffee experience, leaving you pleasantly surprised as noted by one enthusiastic patron.

Real customers are truly enchanted by the café's charm. Jonathan Bekker describes it as “absolutely formidable,” praising the friendly staff and the creative, varied menu, though he did note a slightly longer wait time for food, a small price to pay for such an experience. Meha Jadhav captures the essence of the café perfectly for book lovers, highlighting the “good selection of cakes” paired with “nice coffee.” Gary Knott complements the ambiance by mentioning the “café cat,” further underscoring the relaxed vibe that makes Buchcafè an attractive escape.

While it can get a bit cozy when the café fills up, as stated by Paul Copcea, it seems this tightness only adds to the lively atmosphere of the establishment. Patrons love gathering here, sharing flavors, and diving into books as they sip their drinks, making each visit feel like a little community event.

If you’re in Lindau, Buchcafè is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates good food, coffee, and the joy of reading. It's more than just a café; it's a community gathering spot, a literary sanctuary, and a cozy corner to nurture your passion for coffee and books alike.

This place is absolutely formidable, one of the nicest cafes I've been to. Friendly staff, beautiful interior and a creative and varied menu. They have a nice selection of books as well. The only slight issue was the long wait time for the food.

Amazing and very cozy place, very well decorated and very friendly staff. The food is delicious and the coffee is a lot, and very good. Maybe the only thing would be the place can get a bit tight if there’s a lot of people, but i mean, that doesn’t really bother anyone that much. Definitely recommend and i hope to go again soon.

Very nice place to have coffee, especially if you like books. Cozy, friendly waitress. I didn't expect my eis café to look like this but in the end it was tasty. :-)

Hot chocolate and carrot cake both very tasty. But the best thing is the atmosphere and the books which you can also buy some at very cheap prices. Possibility to sit outside or inside. Waitress very friendly.

Cute cafe to have some coffee and dessert when you are in Lindau. I wish they had more outdoor tables.
